Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, design modifications, or unforeseen project factors. Any changes or additional work outside the original scope will be approved by the client before proceeding.

4. Payments and Billing

A deposit may be required before project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon substantial completion unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

We accept payments by check, cash, or electronic transfer (including PayPal, Zelle, or other secure platforms).
Late payments may incur interest or administrative fees as outlined in your invoice or agreement.

5. Scheduling and Project Delays

Project timelines are provided as good-faith estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, material delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Southern Acres Landscaping & Design LLC is not liable for delays caused by events such as severe weather, supplier shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients must:

Provide access to the property at agreed-upon times

Obtain necessary approvals from HOAs or municipalities (if applicable)

Ensure utilities are marked and accessible prior to excavation or installation

Notify Southern Acres of any known underground obstructions, drainage issues, or property restrictions

Failure to provide accurate information or access may result in project delays or additional costs.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Southern Acres Landscaping & Design LLC provides limited warranties on installation labor, typically one (1) year from the completion date, unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials such as pavers, lighting fixtures, or irrigation components.
Warranties do not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear

Alterations made by other contractors after installation

Damage from severe weather, flooding, erosion, or acts of nature

8. Property Damage and Liability

While every precaution is taken to protect your property, Southern Acres Landscaping & Design LLC is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation lines, or structures not properly identified or disclosed prior to the start of work.

Our company carries general liability insurance and operates in compliance with all local regulations and safety standards.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

If a project is canceled prior to material ordering or work commencement, deposits may be refunded at the company’s discretion, minus any administrative or design costs incurred.
Once materials have been purchased or work has begun, refunds will not be issued.
